Day 1     Arrival Bali

     Transfer to Ananda Cottages, Ubud from Bali airport.

Day 2

Yoga And Meditation At Hotel And Free At Leisure

     Early morning Yoga and meditation for 1 hour. The meditation and yoga program will be held in a private yoga space, which overlooks a rice field with unlimited fresh air. Breakfast and relax for the rest of the morning and get familiar with the area.

Day 3

Tampak Siring, Elephant Cave And Tegallang Rice Terrace

     Full day Excursion Tampak Siring’s holy fountain of youth, Elephant Cave and Tegallang Rice Terrace

Day 4

Visit Ketut Liyer Palm Reading And Lunch At Wayan Warun

    Visit Ketut Liyer – Palm Reading. Transfer to Ketut Liyer, a medicine man/artist/palm reader that was featured in Eat Pray Love, a travel memoir by Elizabeth ("Liz") Gilbert. Lunch at Wayan Warung for Multivitamin food.

Day 5

Cycling In Ubud

    Depart for a Balinese Village Cycling Tour, observe daily activities and a way of life that is coloured by an endless cycle of cultural ceremonies and rituals. Cycle past productive rice paddies and enjoy the local scenery. Lunch served surrounded by the panorama of rural Ubud.

Day 6

Yoga Session And Cooking Class

     Early morning Yoga and meditation for 1 hour. Cooking lesson at noon then dinner at Café Wayan.

Day 7

Yoga Session And Dinner On The Beach

     Early morning Yoga and meditation for 1 hour. Candlelight Dinner on the beach at Jimbaran.

Day 8

Departure Bali

     Breakfast and free at leisure until the appropriate time transfer to airport for departure flight.
