Via Alpina – Purple Route is part of the Transalpine Walking Trail (www.via-alpina.org) linking all the Alpine countries of Europe. In Slovenia it starts at Mt. Triglav, follows Valley of Sava River and later ridges of Karavanke range and the Stone Alps.
