Day 1: Individual arrival in Dublin

Arrive, stay in Dublin. Evening, tour of Dublin. Trip to Dublin's famous Guinness Brewery followed by fish and chip supper and visit some of Dublin's famous pubs.

Day 2: Dublin Bay (70 km)
|

Bike tour of Dublin Bay starting in city and travelling out the North side of the bay to the beautiful fishing villae of Howth, where we can view the city from the hill of Howth. After we will ride back to the city along the coast and follow the coast road south to the other hill to the south of the city, Killiney Hill.

Day 3: Wicklow Gap (70 km)
|
|
Bus to Blessington in Wicklow and then ride through the Wicklow mountains over the Wicklow Gap and end of Glendalough a 1000 year old monastic settlement. Evening travel to Kilkenny city for overnight.

Travel to Cork city and visit the Blarney stone. Travel on thru beautiful West Cork and arrive in Dingle for overnight.

Day 5: Dingle Peninsula (60 km)

Ride the magnificent Dingle peninsula from Dingle thru Wine Strand, around Slea HEad he most westerly point in Europe. We can possibly visit the famous Blasket islands. Overnight in Limerick.

Day 6: Cliffs - Kinvara (70 km)

Morning bus to county Clare cliffs of Moher. Afternoon, ride the Coastal route from Cliffs to Kinvara on Galway Bay. Overnight in Galway city.

Galway City free day or trip to Aran islands where we can bring our bikes and tour the island. These are the most westerly islands in Europe where we can see the prehistoric site of Dun Aongus and sample the Gaelic speaking culture of Ireland.

Cycling tour of Connemara taking the Inagh Valley, Kylemore Abbey and Killary harbour. Overnight in Ashfort Castle in Cong. (One of Ireland's premier Castle hotels)
