8 day single hotel based Independent tour
On this cycle tour you are on the tracks of King Ludwig II., the Bavarian fairy-tale-king who was kissed by his muse in Königswinkel (royal corner). This region along the northern boarder of the Alps is rich in contrasts. Enjoy the cross-border cycling fun in Allgäu and Tyrol. This active week is the best way to discover this lovely region in its whole, as you cycle on beautiful cycle paths to romantic lakes, through the picturesque valley of Tannheimerta and along the fetching river Lech and Vils. Diversified routes are combined with the visit of numerous attractions, for example the emperor palaces, the musical theatre, the village of Füssen, several fortresses and ruins, and more than 30 lakes. We have created routes where you have enough time to discover the hospitality of Allgäu and Tyrol as well as the beauty of this region.
